Wilsons is the small but highly acclaimed,
independent Redland restaurant, which has
been awarded a Michelin green star for its
farm-to-table ethos.
Nearly all the vegetables, herbs and flowers
on the menu are grown at the 2-acre market
garden owned by Wilsons’ proprietors Jan Ostle
(he’s worked in some of the most prestigious UK
restaurants, including Gordon Ramsay) and Mary
Wilson (who grew up in her family restaurant and
has trained in biodynamic agriculture). Lot 9 is:
